Good to Know
Payment / Billing
The total amount is to be settled on the evening before departure. We accept cash payment or bank transfer. A security deposit of € 200 is required in cash upon arrival.
Check-in / Check-out
Your apartment will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 am.
Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided. Towel change on Wednesdays.
Pets
Pets are welcome in summer upon request.
Hotel Rose
You are welcome to book breakfast and dinner directly at our partner hotel Rose.

Internet
Free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Local Tourism Tax
The local tourism tax in the Mayrhofen holiday region is € 3.20 per person per day (from 15 years).
Non-Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our apartments.
Parking
Each apartment includes one free parking space in the underground garage. Additional parking spaces are available next to the house.
Travel Insurance
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events and possible costs.
Swimming Pool Mayrhofen
In summer, free entry to the outdoor pool and indoor pool in Mayrhofen, and to Sommerwelt Hippach. In winter, you receive a free 3-hour ticket for the indoor pool in Mayrhofen.
Ski Storage
A ski storage room with heated boot racks is available for our winter guests.
Cancellation Terms
The cancellation terms of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
In the last week before arrival: 90%
In case of early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Tennis
The Mayrhofen tennis courts are located nearby and may be used free of charge by our guests in summer.
Sauna
As an All-Inclusive Partner of the neighbouring Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen, you can use the sauna area free of charge in summer and at half price in winter. Please note: there is no sauna in the house.
